BIIGS, our flagship program, is designed to close the yawning gap between capacity building SME programs and actual funding for scale-up and growth. The program also seeks to address the challenge of strategic management capacity of SMEs to manage growth and succession for longterm viability, and at the same instance address the challenge of inadequate credible investor-ready businesses for investors.
The program is delivered as as a coherent, well-coordinated, and sustainable business transformation journey commencing with innovation and strategy advisory for more income and impact; investor readiness leading to actual funding; and ending with business succession and sustainable growth through private or public listing.
BIIGS will help smoothen the investment process for both SMEs and investors resulting in positive outcomes for all parties. Most importantly, the program will provide a credible platform for managing the relationship between SMEs and financiers and monitoring of financing to ensure satisfactory outcomes for financiers.
Through BIIGS, we aim to build a well-managed and trust-centred ecosystem of investor-ready SMEs, business service providers, financiers, and development partners in an unending cycle of financing, growth, more income, and more impact.

Transformation
SIT is our corporate service program aimed at transforming Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) expenditure into a strategic corporate asset for financing sustainable impact.
The program seeks to transition CSR from financing one-off social projects into financing social projects with clearly defined and measurable impact outcomes that are commercially viable and thus sustainable by design.
A key feature of this program is that funding from CSR should be repayable by beneficiaries to ensure continuous availability of funding for new projects, even in the absence of additional corporate funding for CSR.
The transition process involves a review of existing CSR structure, areas of social interests, designing new commercially viable impact projects, project implementation, monitoring and reporting.

Youth
Startup
IBSY is our youth program aimed at creating sustainable new income for unemployed youth across Ghana. The program will be delivered as agribusiness modules notably, Aggregation module and Farming module.
The program will be implemented with the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs (GYCE) and development agencies focused on youth development and empowerment as well as with government agencies such as the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
The emphasis of this program is new and scalable income, not jobs. Most youth jobs are limited in income scale and may not lift the youth out of poverty. However, helping the youth to create scalable income from business is both sustainable and transformational. The program will also directly impact small holder farmers through the Input Financing and Aggregation modules.
We are very eager to partner organizations whose interests are aligned to the objectives of this program.

IBCs are practical and well-structured courses to equip participants with knowledge in Inclusive Business Concept and Practice; Impact-Drives-Return Strategy Development; Growth and Strategic Management. The program is designed in modules targeting business students; and founders and CEOs of SMEs: and CSR Managers respectively
The program will be delivered both online and in-person, and in partnership with credible tertiary institutions and reputable service providers.
