Inclusive by Design (IBD)
Our flagship youth program designed to create over 11,000 youth-led potential inclusive businesses in farming and aggregation. The program will create new permanent and sustainable income for over 11,000 youth; increase income of over 700,000 small holder farmers by at least 50%; and generate trading of over 343,000 Metric Tons of agricultural commodity within a 5-year period. The program is modeled on ThirdWell Commodities' inclusive business strategy and designed on 'Impact Drives Return' logic. 'Inclusive by Design' is commercially viable, bankable, and sustainable with strong potential for positive systemic change. All business services required by these new businesses will be provided by the centre.
Inclusive Business Transformation (IBT)
Delivered by certified Inclusive Business Coaches, IBT is a sustainable program to transform potential Inclusive Businesses (IBs) into accredited full IBs. The objective is promote 'Impact Drives Return' logic through deliberate strategic intent and social innovation to improve impact and commercial viability.
