About IBC
ThirdWell Inclusive Businesses Centre (IBC) is a private not-for-profit organization with the strategic objective of empowering inclusive businesses by promoting investment into and partnerships with such businesses. Empowering inclusive businesses will significantly enhance their capacity to sustain and scaleup systemic impact by improving incomes and living standards of low income groups (BoPs).
IBC is primarily a business and investment services centre for inclusive businesses seeking business services and partnerships on one hand; and investors seeking rewarding opportunities in viable and verifiable impact driven businesses, on the other hand.
Inclusive businesses create innovative and affordable solutions for the needs of low-income communities, turning underserved populations into active suppliers, consumers, and distributors; while also benefiting the businesses by creating new markets and products. Investments into and partnerships with inclusive businesses thus create positive systemic change for BoPs, communities and society.

Inclusive Business (IB) Eligibility Assessment is the first step in receiving official accreditation as an Inclusive Business or Inclusive Green Business from the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI). The IB Eligibility involves a self assessment questionnaire to be completed by companies seeking Inclusive Business accreditation. This service is FREE
Rethinking Strategy (Inclusive by Design)
Bespoke service designed to provide transformational Inclusive Business Strategy advice to companies seeking to restructure their entire business or specific business line for growth and impact. The service involves strategy overview; strategic planning; strategic orientation for management and staff; and monitoring and evaluation.
Business Services
Full range of business services covering Legal; Accounting; Audit; Corporate Finance; Technology; Branding; and Governance. The services are provided by credible partner companies and individuals with reliable track record of performance. The objective is to provide a one-stop-shop for SMEs to improve operational management of their business.
Investor Readiness
Due diligence package targeted at Inclusive Businesses seeking investor funding to scale-up their businesses under the Impact Drive Return (IDR) logic. The service involves Strategy; Financial; Legal; and Regulatory due diligence to ensure readiness for investor funding. The service is provided in collaboration with credible third-party partners.
